Trail Markers in the Wilderness
The church can be a messy place at times, despite all our best intentions and ideals. Believers don’t always get along, even when we clearly see the value of working and moving forward together in unity. Generational differences are a great example of our diversity that can pose challenges if we’re unprepared. Bayless Conley highlights several important trail markers for both the older and younger generations as we launch out into this wilderness—this uncharted territory of building a multi-generational church where those of all ages can effectively bring what they have to the table, and where our differences are respected and utilized for strength and not division.
